    After months of various efforts to determine the source of excruciating pain in my foot, I asked a chiropractor about alternatives to x-rays. He mentioned tuning forks. I then asked an osteopath her opinion of this method and discovered that this is actually a recognized diagnostic technique. A few hours of surfing made it clear that this particular 128 Hz fork is the preferred frequency for testing. There are rather a large number of technical papers and explanations online, many of which rely on the tuning fork in conjunction with a stethoscope. However, the chiropractor told me that if there were a fracture, the sound would go through the break and cause a lot of pain. The fork was shipped promptly and arrived the night before my appointment with a cranio-sacral therapist. We tried the fork initially on tissues deemed to be normal, and then she experimented with a number of different techniques. This resulted in a significant increase in sensitivity in the part of the foot with the most swelling.

    This is hands down one of the most effective useful items I've bought this year!     I suffer with peripheral neuropathy with increasing loss of sensation in hands and feet. I use the tuning fork daily to stimulate nerve endings which are dying. Does it work? I don't know if it helps, but I can feel the vibrations throughout fingers and toes. Doing something is better than doing nothing so I will keep using the tuning fork. I have recommended it to others with the same problem.

    I had never used tuning forks for other than music before this so I didn't want to spend a lot to try it out. These three are very nice and I've found the largest one especially helpful for circulation in my legs. I enjoy the repetitive beautiful healing tone however other members of the family don't always like hearing the monotony of it.I am enjoying experimenting with different applications and methods. It helps my cats spine when waved near the problem area, he absolutely doesn't like it to touch him tho.It is so cool how certain placements will resonate in wide areas of the body, it feels great!

     I Highly Recommend!!
    This is my first tuning fork. The quality is really good coz the resonance really lasts. The Ohm sound is very soothing and along with meditation, it helps me to relax. Other than listening to it, I also use it on my chakras, on the feet for grounding, on acupuncture points for my reflux & indigestion (mine came back due to stress so it work for me probably coz it relaxes me, and I also do meditation and drink ginger tea etc), on my aching shoulders, and also to comb through my aura. I esp love the part on combing my aura and I do it in the morning and before I sleep. I am loving the effects so far. Moving on to get the 128 and also the unweighted forks from this brand.
